In March 2017, Elsie was recognised as one of the 50 most influential architects and interior designers taking Indian architecture and interior design into the future. The project "Athena", a seaside home in Alibaug, was featured in the list of Connoisseurs 'strong signatures, emphasis on execution'.

The proceeds will be used on the Kotagarh - Pangalkhudi elephant corridor in Odisha.
The inspiration comes from the well known ancient Indian parable, later adapted to the poem 'The Blind Men and The Elephant' by John Godfrey Saxe. Working with the visual artist Ayesha Broacha created the perfect narrative of the six different verses of the poem on relevant parts of the elephant.
